The Moskovsky Zoopark, also known as Moscow Zoo, is one of the oldest and largest zoos in Russia. It was founded in 1864 and currently houses over 6,000 animals, including rare, endangered and venerable species. The zoo has several exhibits and attractions, including a tropical rainforest, Arctic animals exhibit, and a petting zoo for children. It also actively participates in conservation efforts and educational programs. With approximately 1.5 million visitors annually, the Moskovsky Zoopark is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.
